Can Xargay
Can Xargay is a Holiday Rental Villa, a Millennial Traditional Catalan Villa of XI century with a special charm situated in the village of Mata. Restaurants and shops are situated in a walking distance.
The house is situated 2 km. from Banyoles lake, only 35 km. from the beach (Costa Brava), 25 km. from the International Airport of Girona-Costa Brava and 115 km. from Barcelona city.
It is located in a privileged place since it lays between the sea and the mountains.
The whole villa has got one independent apartment for 10 to 20 people , with 8 bedrooms (one is for handicapped access), 6 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning-room, a living-room with TV satellite (international channels) and DVD, a reading room, a fireplace, a games room...
Besides, there are a barbecue in the garden with a covered porch and a private swimming-pool with an hidromassage bench only for you, you don't have to share it.
